At Amemorywall, we understand that wedding planning is a significant life event and sometimes circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, postponements, and associated charges for our destination wedding services.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at contact@amemorywall.com as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
Note: Any non-refundable payments already made to third-party vendors (such as venues, caterers, photographers, etc.) are not eligible for refund and will be deducted from any refundable amount.
2. Postponement Policy
If you wish to reschedule your event:
Requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original event date.
Postponements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A new service agreement reflecting the revised date will be required.
The deposit paid will be carried forward to the new date if approved.
3. Cancellation by Amemorywall
In rare circumstances, if Amemorywall must cancel your booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., illness, natural disaster, government restrictions), we will:
Offer a full refund of any amount paid (excluding third-party vendor payments),
Or reschedule your services at no extra charge (subject to availability and your approval).
We will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential losses.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to causes beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters
Government actions or travel restrictions
Epidemics, pandemics, or other public health concerns
Political unrest or war
In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule the event or apply partial refunds where possible.
5. Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
It will be processed within 14 business days of written confirmation of cancellation.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
